Sustainability Hub

Bluecoat are partnered with Asda and Tesco through the FareShare initiative. We are also partnered with the Co-op through their own Food Share scheme.

We make regular collections of produce from store that can no longer be sold due to its best before or use by date. The produce is then made available to families.

On the first Monday of the month, the hub has a pre-loved uniform sale. Uniform that has been donated or unclaimed from lost property is freshly laundered and made available to parents and carers for a donation.

If you have any unwanted uniform, please feel free to drop it in and we will be sure to find it a new home. Thank you.

Also on the first Monday of the month, the hub offers a free book swap. People can come along and choose a book and then the next time, bring it back and swap it for another. We hope to expand this to a book and toy swap in the next phase of the hub's development.
